This is the most important part of what we do! We believe that an LOI is very important to show intent to buy, we also feel that Vetting the buyer is also very important. No one will walk on your property until we know they can buy it. POF Pre-Approval Etc. We don't even need to put a sign up on your property! We go from the LOI to the Term Sheet to make sure the Buyer & the Seller understand the terms of the Sale. We make sure that the Contract gets done & the Due Diligence stage starts right away and happens in a very timely manner. We then move Due Diligence along and follow up everyday with the buyer on the progress. Money going Hard. We then Close the Property in a few days to a couple of weeks after the Money goes hard.
