If I had to declare my favorite sector, it would be the Industrials.

In December of 2023 I closed a warehouse lease, which included, the Rights of First Refusal, rather rare when it comes to warehouses. Multi-family units are of interest to me as well, and I sold a five unit in a building which was over 105 years old in Huntington. It was interesting to find that C of O; s only began in Long Island in 1938!

Groups- I served as the Secretary for The Commercial Network of Libor for a period of two years 2020, 2021, and was awarded Member of the Year in 2021. I am presently a member of the LICN, which meets monthly in Woodbury. My hobbies are Aviation, and Crochet Design.
