Anthony Briguglio & Nick Casazza did an amazing job getting my vacant Dollar General building sold. I had little to no faith that we were going to get this property sold and even when we went into contract, I knew that it would not be an easy process with the property having many complications and problems with it. However, I was proven wrong, and Nick pushed the sale all the way to the finish line in under 4 months. I am so happy they were able to help me get to retirement, and I would recommend them to anyone who would ask me.
Nick was a tremendous help in selling my shopping center in Fairfield IL. Being in a small town I was not very hopeful that I would be able to get the money I wanted for the property. Nick was not only able to get me the money I was looking for but he also helped to secure the lending for the buyer and did everything needed to make sure the deal closed. I was very impressed with his desire to go above and beyond for me and my property.
Anthony and Nick sold my strip center and single tenant building in Edgewater FL. During the due diligence process we ran into several issues that I thought was definitely going to ruin the deal but they were able to think of creative ways to work out those issues between myself and the buyer so that we were both happy with the outcome. These problems should have pushed the closing back several months but we were able to close in 3 months and I could not have been happier to close and be able to move to SC and be closer to my family. Anthony sold my gas station in Hartford WI for me to an investor that converted it to a Starbucks. The transaction was smooth and easy. His skill was second to none compared to the 5 other Agents I had trying to sell that property before he came along. We closed in approx 5 months from signing with him.
